Location Gallipoli, Gully Beach
Entry Fire trenches Very quiet. Lancashire Fusiliers and Royal Fusiliers relieved us at 3p.m. Relief completed, and regiment in bivouac on GULLY BEACH by 7.30p.m. Very comfortable bivouac, just N.E. of end of Gully. Men badly need rest and a wash. Orders received to embark tomorrow; but counter-orders received that move is postponed 24hrs. Weather very hot. Casualties, nil. ACB
