| Entry | 14.11.18 to 30.11.18 Bn entrained at 1300 for LUDD arriving there at 1630, after making regimental dump at station the Bn marched to bivouac area 1 mile W of Crusaders Town RAMLEH. Training was continous, Platoon, Company, Bn Ceremonial Drill, Route marches etc. A detachment of 2 officers and 14 OR marched at 0600 on the 20th to MOOG RIDGE to search for bodies of men missing on the 9th and 10th April. They found the bodies of 1 Officer and 23 OR 1/4th Wilts Regt, which were buried in SOMERSET WADI and 1 Officer and 11 men 2/5th Hants Regt which were buried in canyon on MOOG RIDGE. On 18th Football team was started and played 3 matches gainst the following teams 37 Bn RFA, Anti Aircraft and Devons, result 2 won 1 drawn. |
