| Entry | Quiet day. Daily programme of work on B Line carried out by "A" and "B" companies. At night patrols were sent out from both front companies to reconnoitre enemy positions and wire. Hostile patrols were found to be active and the enemy holding his line in strength. Observation post established in lip of crater in "C" coy front. Capt Pakeman joined from Depot and was sent to B company. |
