| Entry | Quiet day. Capt & Adjt HB JONES to hospital. Battalion paraded at 7.30pm and moved to Reserve trenches. MESSINES Sector, embussing from INKERMAN CAMP via LOCRE - DRANOUTRE- to just outside KEMMEL. Arrived & settled in trenches by 11.30pm. Transport proceeded to the neighbourhood of LINDEHOEK. 20 OR joined from ROUEN. Capt WB GARDNER, Capt WB WOOD & 2/Lt W RUDMAN awarded the MILITARY CROSS. |
