| Entry | Our artillery fired on JACKDAW TRENCH between 1.0am and 3.30am. Enemy aerial activity very marked throughout the day. A frames were put up on R of WARRINGTON AVENUE. 2/Lieut WG FIELD took out a patrol of 20 other ranks to obtain an identification. No enemy were encountered. |
