Entry Commenced refitting A Coy with new clothing. Arranged that each man had a hot bath before putting on complete new outfit. Captain P.G. Hill DSO arrived to take over command of Battalion, also 2/Lts C.S. Searle and R.B.G Upton (unattached list Indian army) arrived with draft of 149 men, 6th reinforcement. The Brigade was on Divl duty ready to move at an hours notice to form part of flying column. 2/Lt Stokes went on leave.
