| Entry | Battalion paraded at 8.30am and marched to LE SOUICH (distance 12 miles) via LA BAZEQUE FARM, COUTERELLE, COULLEMONT, HUMBERCOURT and LUCHEUX. Dinners were served at 12 noon. Battalion arrived in billets at 3.0pm. Draft of 48 other ranks arrived from ROUEN. Capt CW WARD DSO joined from course of staff instruction ALDERSHOT and assumed command of "A" coy, vice 2/Lieut (temp Capt) WB WOOD who reverted to 2/Lt |
