Entry 2/Lts AO CLAYTON, EO POUND, GH KELLY and 7 other ranks proceeded to England on leave. Battalion was relieved in the trenches by 7th West Yorkshire Regt, 49th Division, relief commencing at 8.0am and complete by 2.30pm. Battalion marched to LACAUCHIE, (a distance of 5 miles) and billeted for the night. Draft of 5 other ranks arrived from ROUEN.
