| Entry | Usual trench routine. Very misty morning but eventually turned out a very fine day. There was a good deal of aerial activity but no combats. Our artillery shelled the enemy's front line and support trenches from 2.0pm to 3pm. Capt PGH CHALONER joined the Battalion at BAILLEULMONT today. |
