| Entry | The Battalion and 18th Kings Liverpool Regt move in the early hours of the morning to YORKSHIRE VALLEY a depression just W of CAFFTET WOOD between MAMETZ and CARNOY. This movement is made in case we are called upon to support the 89th or 90th Brigades who are operating in the region of GUILLEMONT. At 9.30am orders are received to move at once to TALUSBOISE area. In this position the Battalion remains for the rest of the day. |
