Entry (28th - 31st) A 9a.m. on this day the Bde marched to the CANAPLES area, the Battn being billeted at MONTRELET and staying there that night and the following day and night where the time was spent in reorganising the Battn. The Battn was divided into a No 1 & No 2 Company of 2 platoons each called A, B, C & D platoons under the command of Lieut Thomas and Capt Wait respectively. At 7.30p.m. on this day the Battn marched to DOULLENS and entrained there at 10p.m. The Battn arrived at GODAEWERSVELDE and detrained there at 11a.m., afterwards proceeding in motor lorries to NEUVE EGLISE where they spent the night.
