| Entry | All Lewis Gunners of the Coys were given firing practice at short ranges. In the latter part of the morning C & D Coys practised the attack for this ball ammunition was used and live rifle grenades were fired, there being suitable ground available in the valley E of LOGEAST WOOD. In the evening there was night-firing practice by Very lights for the Battn at the 1V Corps ranges off the ACHIET LE PETIT - MIRAUMONT road. In the afternoon in the final of the inter Coy football A Coy defeated C Coy by 2 goals to nil. |
