Entry | (13th & 14th) Parades for all Coys were held in the morning from 9.15a.m. until 11a.m. for Squad Drill, Bayonet fighting, handling of arms etc and from 11a.m. onwards work upon the bombproofing of the huts was continued, and anti-aircraft Lewis gun positions were dug upon the hill N of the Camp. Twenty such positions were prepared for the use of the 10th Cheshire Regt and this Battn and as soon as the nights became moonlight four guns per Battn were mounted and the teams remained out at these position until the moon set. |
