| Entry | Leaving LISBOURG at 5.30a.m. the Battn marched to WAVRANS via EQUIRRE, BERQUENEUSE, ANVIN, MONCHY CAYEUX, and SAUTRECOURT. At WAVRANS the Battn entrained at about 10a.m. for MIRAUMONT, which was reached at about 6p.m. after a journey through ETAPLES and AMIENS. The Battn after detraining marched to COURCELLES - LE - COMPTE to a hut encampment SW of the village, via ACHIET LE PETIT and ACHIET LE GRAND. This was reached at 10p.m. and here the Battn remained until the following afternoon, when orders were received for a move to BARASTRE. |
