Entry Throughout the 3rd the relief of the Battn by the 2nd Leinster Regt was carried out in small parties. No casualty was sustained by either Battn. Upon relief the Battn became the unit in Bde reserve, and occupied dugouts along the Southern and Northern edges of ZILLEBEKE LAKE. There were the following casualties on Sept 1st. Capt H F B Turner died of wounds Killed, 3 men, wounded, 8 other ranks. Sept 2nd. Wounded, Rev Capt A M Robinson CF attached to this Battn, and 1 man. Sept 3rd. Killed, 1 man, wounded, 1 man.
