Entry Owing to rain little could be done in the way of outdoor parades and lectures were given in the barns. A new Lewis Gun Class was formed consisting of 2 officers and 2 men per Coy. This class was held throughout the week. An inter- Coy cross-country run which should have taken place in the afternoon had to be postponed owing to the bad condition of the road. Three officers joined the Battn for duty: 2nd Lieut W R Holmes, 2nd Lieut C H White and 2nd Lieut A H Parsons.
