Entry | Coy training proper was commenced, hours of parade being from 8.30a.m. till 12.45p.m. Instruction was given in musketry, bombing, bayonet fighting and in deploying into artillery formations. The reorganisation of the Battn in accordance with GHQ letter O B 1919 was carried out. By this the Battn Bombing Section was broken up and each platoon became a separate fighting unit consisting of all arms, and made up of four sections, a Lewis Gun Section, a Bombing Section and two Riflemen Sections. |
