Entry The Battn was relieved by the 10th Cheshire Regt and went back into Bde Reserve at PONT DE NIEPPE. There were no casualties during relief. Weather very cold, snowing causing the trenches to collapse at many places. In the afternoon a Cinema Show was given to all who had not been able to attend the Christmas Eve Concert owing to fatigues. Kit inspections were held in the afternoon. Lieut J R Taylor rejoined the Battn for duty.
