| Entry | The Battn expected to move to the trenches, but, orders were received about 9.30a.m. that no move would take place that day. The Battn spent the morning training until 12.30p.m. The CO visited the 75th Brigade HQ in the morning. In the afternoon the Coys played football. A v B and C v D Coys. In the evening at 6p.m. there was a conference in which COs discussed the coming operations with the GOC Division. At 8.30p.m. the Battn carried out a practise attack.
