Entry The usual training was carried on and in addition companies practised attacks. 57 men of D Coy relieved those men of C Coy who were attached to Tunnelling Coy and 24 men of C Coy under 2nd Lieut Butler relieved men acting as escort to German prisoners at BELLE EGLISE. The CO and 2 Coy Commanders reconnoitred the position the Battn would take over in case of an enemy attack.
