| Entry | In the trenches. Lieut Adams was struck off strength of Battn having proceeded to England to under go a course necessary to obtain a pilot certificate with RFC. The Germans sent several poisonous gas shells around Battn HQ. Several lachrimatory shells were sent into MESNIL. The casualties caused by this gas numbered twenty. Work was continued as on previous night. Patrols were sent out every night and got into touch Division on the right. |
