Entry Company inspections in the morning and bomb throwing and gas helmet practice. In the evening C and D Coys moved into billets at MONT ST ELOY to replace two Coys of the 10th Cheshire Regt who had gone up to the PYLONES support line. A working party of 200 men laid cable under RE supervision by BERTHOUVAL WOOD.
