Entry The Battn was relieved by the 7th Battn Sherwood Forresters, and went back into Brigade reserve at MONT ST ELOY. There were no casualties during relief. Earlier in the day four men were slightly gassed in a sap. L/Cpl Penny, Ptes Fletcher, Bancroft and Parfitt of D Coy.
