| Entry | The ration question being satisfactorily settled the Battalion moved forward at 7a.m marching 18 miles to ZEUR. Ahead the firing of our monitors was clearly heard. The road from AZIZNAH to ZEUR was in good condition and the men accomplished the march in good form despite the dust. Rain fell during the night but did not cause any inconvenience. |
