| Entry | The Commanding Officer, Company Commanders and Intelligence Officer proceeded to MARECHES to reconnoitre assembly positions for an attack that was to take place on the 4th. At 1620 hours the Battalion transport and surplus personnel marched from VENDEGIES to assembly positions which had been altered owing to a BOSCHE retirement during the night of the 2/3rd. Assembly positions were eventually reached at 0115 hours on the 4th. Battalion Headquarters were established at LA PATT OIE. |
