4th Bn, Royal Berkshire Regiment - Two accounts of memorable events. The first is entitled ' An Account of the Funeral of his Majesty King George V. at Windsor', it is dated the 28th of January 1936. The second is entitled 'An Account of the Coronation of their Majesties King George VI and Queen Elizabeth', it is dated the 12th of May 1937. Both documents are typed, and are written by Captain H P Verey.

The curator at this time was a Mr Dainton, an Ex First Word War soldier from the Regiment. This collection is now housed in Salisbury after amalgamations. On the wall on the left is a banner carried in the Albert Hall in 1917 to commemorated the soldiers of 1914 [The Old contemtables] of the Royal Berkshires. [This banner is now missing]
