8th Bn, Royal Berkshire Regiment - A black and white photograph of Major William Breakspear on the ranges in England before the Battalion's departure to France in 1915. He was wounded in Action on 25th September 1915 during the assault on Loos. He later died of these wounds and is buried at the Military cemetery at Etaples.
