This successful team were the winners at Peshawar, India 1901-02, Rawalpindi 1904-05, Amballa in 1906, Championship of India, Calcutta 1905-06-07, Mhow 1907, Jhansi 1908, Lady Mintos Fete 1906, Pretoria 1910-11, Johannesburg 1910-11, Durban 1910-11, Pietermarzburg, Natal International Tug-of-War 1910-11. In the rear row from left to right are Private Fox and Private Trimmell. In the 2nd row standing from left to right are Colour Sergeant Cady, Private Spackman, Private Spackman (believed to be brothers), Sergeant Palmer (trainer), Private Carter, Private Stagg and Private Toms. Seated areCorporal Gorton, Sergeant Major Martin, Colonel Warden, Captain and Adjutant Rowan, Lieutenant Mee and Bandsman Dobson.
