Front Row L to R Private David Chilton [Newbury], (Team Member and the top individual scorer overall,) Captain Colin Shaw-Stewart [Cambridge] (Team Leader), Captain Peter Long (Chief Trainer and reserve), Lieutenant Colonel John Sellers, Commanding Officer, Major Sandy Fraser (Adjutant), WO23 Thomas Baynham MBE [Reading] (Trainer).  They won the shield as winners up, by half a point to the 4th Battalion Wiltshire Regiment in the 1966 Duke of Edinburgh's Trophy Competition, a 36 hour test of shooting, marching, running and swimming. The 12 man teams of these two TA Battalions beat eight regular and four other Territorial teams.
