SBYRW : 323601st Bn, Royal Berkshire Regiment - A sepia photograph sent to the Battalion by the officers of the 15th Ludhiana Sikhs on the occasion of the anniversary of the 'Battle of Tofrek', 22nd March, 1908. [This was the battle fought by the 1st Battalion, Berkshire Regiment in the Sudan 1885 alongside the 15th Sikhs] The photograph includes officers from the 15th Sikhs and the 2nd Battalion, Royal Berkshire Regiment (the old 66th) who at this time were stationed in India. .
