2nd Bn, Royal Berkshire Regiment - A sepia photo of an Officers Group at Umballa, India in "1907" as is hand printed on the top of the photo. Another copy of this photo complete with all the names of the officers in it is held as Object 32361 which has the date 1909 printed on it. It is not clear whch is correct.

Taylor.  [NOTE - Sergeant Bloomfield DCM  died on the 22nd May 1927 at Battersea of coal gas poisoning. Bandmaster Dore  had fought at Tofrek in the Sudan, Sergeant Addicot was awarded a DCM in 1918 whilst serving with the British West Indies Regiment in Egypt. Sergeant Farmer became a Sergeant Major in the 5th (Service) Battalion. He was killed in action on the 13th October 1915. Sergeant Lainsbury was recalled in 1914 and became the RSM of the 8th [Service] Battalion winning a DCM]

2nd Bn, Royal Berkshire Regiment - A photograph album consisting of 10 pages and 138 photographs belonging to Quartermaster Harry Sylvanus Lickman. He was the Quartermaster at the time of the Delhi Durbar in 1911 and played a major part in the organisation of that event. As a result, he was awarded the Delhi Durbar Medal. Most of the photographs are believed to have been taken during the Durbar. Also, inside the cover, there is a copy of the programme used as the thanksgiving for the cessation of hostilites on the 11th November 1918 at the No 9 Rest Camp, Italy, and other leaflets.
