Seated from left to right in the front row are Colour Sergeant Barnes, Sergeant Major Lovelock, the Commanding Officer, Lieutenant Colonel Harford, Colour Sergeant Charlton. The soldier sat front centre is L/Corporal Boast who was believed to be one of the best shdots in the Battalion.
