1st Bn, Duke of Edinburgh's Royal Regiment - A digital colour image of the Ferozeshah Parade held in Osnabruck, West Germany, 1981.  this image shows Major M. Cornwell greeting the Inspecting officer prior to his guard being inspected.  Behind Major Cornwell is WO 2 Morgan, and to his left is Corporal Hiscock.  To the left is the Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel C. Coxen MBE. The inspecting officer on this parade was the Colonel of the Regiment Brigadier  J. Roden, The Commanding Officer was Lieutenant Colonel C. Coxon MBE,  The officers in command of the guards were Major A.C. Kenway, Major A. Briard and Major M.J. Cornwell. The officers colour party were Lieutenant J. Wort and Lieutenant C. Higgins and the WO and Sergeants Colour Party were C/Sergeant M. Mortimer and C/Sergeant M. Godwin. [The quality of this image is not good as it has been copied from a slide]
