It consists of the front page and three individual pages containing the Collects for the Gloucestershire (pages 114 and 115), the Royal Berkshire (pages 152 and 153) and the Wiltshire (pages 164 and 165) Regiments. The book from which these pages have been copied must have been printed between 1920 and 1958 and the copy used by Lieutenant Colonel David Chilton to create these pages is owned by Mr Mike Smith

There is also ilustrated Holy Bible, issued by London and Glasgow Collins' Clear Type Press. It includes inscriptions regarding Sergeant E. Garland,who was born 5th March 1882, enlisted in Wiltshire Regiment 13th February 1900 and joined Independent Order of Rechabites 11th September 1903. He joined the Reserve on 13th January 1908.
