Wiltshire Regiment - One of a collection of 49 black and white photographs taken by a Salisbury Journal photographer of a Battlefield Tour organised by the 4th Wiltshires in 1965 covering the actions of 4th and 5th Wiltshires in September and October 1944 in an area called 'The Island' the far side of Nijmegen - this photo is of some of the party walking down a muddy track; they include 2nd Lieutenant Butcher, Brigadier Luce, Lieutenant Eyers, Sergeant Westwood, Sergeant Dredge, Sergeant Austen and Sergeant (later 2nd Lieutenant) Jenkins Copyright.
