1st Bn, Duke of Edinburgh's Royal Regiment - Two black and white photographs of an Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) driven by Private Weaver and commanded by Corporal Clarke, while the Battalion was the Demonstration Battalion at the Schoolof Infantry at Warminster in 1976.
1st Bn, Royal Berkshire Regiment - A photograph of the accession of King Faisal at Clock Tower Barracks, Persia. The guard of honour seen in the rear is from the 1st Battalion, commanded by Captain H Pawle OBE, who together with Lieutenant AP Aveline MC and Lieutenant AD Brown who carried the Regimental Colours at the ceremony during August 1921. The Battalion was stationed during this time at Hinaidi.
