He was killed in action on the 9th May 1915, the son of Arthur and Harriet Higgins, of Knowl Hill, Twyford, Berkshire. He has no known Grave and is commemorated on the Ploegsteert Memorial to the missing. [His brother Sergeant W. Higgins also served]
