Grange, Private A, Bale [From Abingdon], Private B. Sith [From Henley], Private G. Mortby, Private P. Langston. [Bottom Row L to R] Corporal E. Stone, [From Abingdon], Sergeant G. Hodsdon, Sergeant W. Bowles, Sergeant W. Gillingham, Corporal R. Harper [From Abingdon]. After training most of these soldiers would be posted to a front line battalion in France.
