Included are guidelines for a potato competition to be held at 11.30am on Thursday December 1st 1932, the document is dated the 26th November 1932; Rules for The Dinapore Table Turf and Tote Club Ltd (no date given); a notice for the Dinapore hot weather tennis club dated Friday the 13th of May 1932; two Second in Command's Union Balance and Report documents, one dated 1938 and the other 1939; the Order of the Knights Errant of Darjeeling rulebook. The Dinapore Hot Weather Tennis Club information mentions several names of regimental tennis players.

Royal Berkshire Regiment - Several letters addressed to Brigadier W.C.A Hanney. The first letter is dated the 15th of January 1931 informing Hanney of an interview that has taken place by a civilian; the second letter is from a Mohammed Ahim of Khan Bahadur Mohamed Amin J.P.F.B.E.E (of Meerut) who owned a shop that supplied the military, it is dated the 30th of August 1946 and congratulates Hanney on becoming a Brigadier. The third letter, from the Allahabad Club. is dated the 21st of August 1930 and is a response to a letter of complaint; the fourth letter is from the United Service Club, Lucknow, and is dated the 20th of August 1930; it is a letter of complaint concerning attire worn and language used on the golf course along with details of an incident that took place.

5th Bn, Royal Berkshire Regiment - A collection of documents belonging to Captain P. J. Prior, the documents cover the period 1939 to 1945. Included are three speeches made to troops concerning the victory over Germany, they are dated May and June 1945 and May 1946; three Menus, the first menu is dated the 29th of November 1944, the second Friday 25th of July 1947 (the dinner was held by General Sir Miles C Dempsey), and the date of the third is unknown. Two of the Menu's have a handwritten or signatured list of attendees in them, one has the names of attendees typed in order of rank inside and on the back cover of the menu. The document includes an issue of the 'Battalion News' dated the 28th of March 1945, the location given is West Germany. There are three documents that contained detailed information on proceedures (or orders) to follow. The document includes a number of training manuals for various courses, photocopies of fitness and medical records and a memoir entitled 'Fifty Years Ago Today' written by P J Prior CBE, DL and dated the 6th of June 1994 which recalls the D Day landings.
