Charles Horneck

I would appreciate help in finding details of the sercvive record of General Charles Horneck who joined the regiment in Jamaica and then to Haiti with a contigent of menin 1794. I have a copy of a letter he wrote from Port au Prince . He was later sent to Corsica to assist Viceroy Gilbert Elliot .
